10 Federal Closes Refinance of HUD Loan on Heritage Apartments
10 Federal announced today that it closed a refinance of its HUD loan on the Heritage Apartments in Hillsborough. The refinance closed on January 30th, 2017, and the original HUD loan interest rate was adjusted down from 4.10% to 2.88%. 10 Federal also successfully earned a Property Energy Star rating for the Heritage Apartments.
