Brad Minsley
Brad focuses on the technologies and operations of 10 Federal’s multifamily and self-storage portfolios. Prior to co-founding 10 Federal, Brad was a Partner at Phillips Development, a regional multifamily development company where he was responsible for debt and equity financing. Brad received a Masters in Film Production from American University and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University and studied abroad at the London School of Economics. Brad lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife Kelly and five children.
Clifton Minsley
Clifton focuses on 10 Federal’s real estate development pipeline, investor relations & oversees the construction division activities. Prior to co-founding 10 Federal, Clifton focused on all aspects of real estate development including entitlement, finance & construction for Phillips Development. He holds an Unlimited NC General Contracting License and Broker’s Licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina & Georgia. Clifton holds a BSBA degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC-Chapel Hill, a Minor in Environmental Sciences from UNC-Chapel Hill and studied abroad at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.
Craig Richerson
Craig has over 35 years of experience in construction, property management, finance and accounting, and has been involved in the development and operations of over 6,000 multifamily units throughout the Southeast. He has been at 10 Federal since 2012, and his responsibilities include overseeing the accounting, financial reporting and tax return process for all the entities and properties owned by the firm. Craig is a Certified Public Accountant, and is a graduate of Abilene Christian University.
Maggie Corgan
Director of A/P, A/R and Yardi Operations
Maggie joined the 10 Federal team in 2012, and she currently oversees management, operations, and HR across 10 Federal's portfolio properties. Maggie has over 27 years of experience in property management, and has held Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certifications. She attended the University of Maryland – University College Europe in Wiesbaden, Germany where she studied accounting.
Tammy Alex
Director of A/P, A/R
Tammy Alex has worked in the multifamily business since 1998. Prior to starting with 10 Federal, she was a cost accountant for multifamily construction with Realty Construction Corp. She most recently held the position of Assistant Controller for development and property management for Phillips Development. Tammy attended Alpena Comm. College and Mississippi Co. Comm. College.
Tammy Atkins
Director, Property Management
At 10 Federal, Tammy Atkins is responsible for training staff at the company's properties, overseeing compliance with rules and regulations and offering guidance on day-to-day operations. Tammy has over 23 years of experience in the multifamily business. Before joining 10 Federal in 2014, she spent 20 years working at the Durham Housing Authority as Regional Manager and Internal Compliance Auditor. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and holds Public Housing Manager (PHM), National Compliance Professional (NCP), Section 8 Counselor, Fair Housing and Section 504 Compliance and Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) certifications.
Prashanth Sai Sankar
Director of Technology
Prashanth manages the technology and electronic systems used across 10 Federal and its properties. He has worked in the real estate business since 2013, when he joined the 10 Federal team. Prashanth is proficient in providing technical support and in programming using Java, Python, HTML5/CSS/JS, jQuery and SQL. He is a recent graduate from UNC-Chapel Hill, where he received a B.A. in Economics and a Minor in Computer Science.
Melissa Mayes
Director, Call Center
Melissa Mayes joined the 10 Federal team in 2013. In her current role as the Director of the Call Center, she is responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all call center operations for all of 10 Federal's properties. With her commitment to excellence, she strives for the continuous improvement of the customer experience, while providing a tactical emphasis on quality management, workforce planning, recruiting, coaching and training. Prior to joining 10 Federal, Melissa served in the United States Army as a Combat Documentation/Production Manager and has been in the customer service industry for over 15 years.
Bryan King
Construction Superintendent
Bryan King has worked in construction for 23 years and has 5 years of experience in the multifamily business. At 10 Federal, Bryan is responsible for managing day-to-day activities on construction job sites, preparing budgets and schedules for projects, and negotiating and executing subcontractor agreements. Bryan has served in the US Army and is OSHA certified in Construction Safety and Health. He is also an EPA certified Universal Technician, an NC certified Pool and Spa Operator and a Lead Renovator Initial certificate holder.
Brandon Martin
Construction Superintendent
Brandon Martin has worked in multifamily for 12 years. At 10 Federal, Brandon is responsible for managing day-to-day activities on construction job sites, preparing budgets and schedules for projects, and negotiating and executing subcontractor agreements. Brandon holds many certifications and licenses, including NC General Contractor,NC Mechanical License, Universal EPA Certification, CAMT - Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician, and OSHA Certification 30-Hour Construction to list a few.
