Size:  50 units to 500 units and $5mm to $50mm
Type:  Market and Student
Age:  Prefer newer than 2000 year of construction
Market:  3-hour driving radius of Raleigh. Prefer markets with Medical, Universities, Government or Ports as the major job generators.
Other:  Prefer deals with HUD financing in place (not low income).

Self Storage – Existing:
Size:  50 units to 600 units
Type:  Climate or Non-Climate
Age:  Prefer newer than 2000 year of construction
Market:  1 hour driving radius of Raleigh

Self Storage – Development (Urban):
Size:  +/-2 acres
Permitted Density:  60,000+ sf
Markets:  Raleigh-Durham MSA, Greensboro MSA

Self Storage – Development (Suburban):
Size:  3–8 acres
Permitted Density:  20,000+ sf
Markets:  Within 1 hour driving radius of Raleigh
